This is one of those recipes that I really like to show kids how to make them because it's fun, healthy, easy and REALLY safe to make!
1/4 cup Rice vinegar
1/8 cup Soya
1 tbsp Peanut butter, or to taste
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Sugar
Hot Chili sauce
Lime Zest is very nice too!
Mix your ingredients together... done!
Vermicelli Rice noodle cooked according to the package
Carrots, peppers, and cucumbers sliced thin just like the video
Cooked prawns or cooked chicken sliced thin just like the video
Dip your rice paper in hot water for about 20 or 30 seconds... the best is for you to waste a few sheets trying and feeling the texture.
** Before you start rolling, remember do not overload them because it becomes very hard to roll them after that...
Add your ingredients and roll as tight as possible.
