Halibut with a Red Curry Sauce




3 to 4 people - 700 gr Fresh Halibut, as thick as possible

1 can coconut milk
1/2 cup tomato sauce
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 carrots
1/2 red onion
1 branch of celery
1/2 red pepper
8 asparagus
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp red curry paste
Salt & Pepper
fresh cilantro


Bake your piece of halibut as per video in a thick stainless steel pan that goes into the oven
400F about 12 minutes until you reach 130F internal temperature

Cook you onions, carrots, celery until soft.
Add red pepper and assparagus.
Add everything else and bring to a boil until your sauce is thick and delicious.
This is a great sauce for prawns or any other seafood!
