Stuffed French Toast

8 oz. cream cheese
1 loaf French bread
4 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk 2%
1/3 cup whip cream
1 whole orange zest
Vanilla optional
12 oz plum jam or any other good quality fruit jam

Slice French bread into 2 inch thick slices. Make slits in each slices to create sandwiches. Spread your jam only inside but on both sides then add the cream cheese.

Beat eggs, sugar, milk, whipping cream and orange zest.

Dip your stuffed sandwiches into egg mixture coating thoroughly. Fry in melted butter at medium heat until golden brown on both sides and egg is "set".

Garnish your French toast with fresh fruits and mint.
