Sandy's Hot Chicken Wings
Spices Rub
4 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp sea salt
2 tbsp dark chili powder
2 tbsp sweet paprika
1/2 tbsp coriander
1/2 tbsp curry powder
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp turmeric
1 tsp cayenne or more!
Mix all the spices very well. You can use a food processor if you wish.
Apply a generous amount of spices on your raw wings.
Bake for about one hour at 400F and/or use the convection option of your oven for extra crisp wings.
You can re-apply a touch of spices once they come out of the oven before serving!
Blue Cheese Dip
3 tbsp Danish Blue cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup plain yogurt
Lime zest
Enough salt & pepper
Mix all these ingredients and voila!
This recipe is nice with a cold beer, not that we promote drinking:):) but will be nice to sit down and watch our Kelowna Rockets beet Vancouver tonight
