This mat is perfect for all you baked goods, from sticky brownies to greasy cookies, nothing stick! I have cut out a baking mat for each of my tray that goes in the oven.
Parmesan Crisp
Parmesan Crisp is so easy to make and it will give your Caesar salad a new taste and look.
Grate Parmesan, place in a circle shape on your mat and bake at 375F until golden, dry and greasy looking. Remove carefully and place it over a bowl so it takes that shape.
Let cool and Voila!
Sugar Decorations
In a sauce pan, poor 1 cup of water first, then add 3 cups of sugar in the middle of the pan creating a mountain of sugar... Boil together at medium heat until desolve, then increase the heat to high until you have a nice caramel color. To stop the sugar from cooking, carefully put the bottom of your pan in a bath of water for 30 second or so...
Take a fork and dip it in the hot caramelized sugar and create decorations by sprinkling the caramel on your mat.
Fish au Gratin
Take your favorite fish fillets, lay down on your mat, season with salt and pepper, add tomato sauce or pesto, and top it off with your favorite cheese.
Bake until cook, and finish at broil to give a nice color...voila!
Low Fat Roasted Potatoes
Cut up some red potatoes into wedges, square, halfs or sliced up like chips. In a large bowl, add a touch of olive oil on your potatoes and season to taste. Sometime I use Taco spices, Chili spices, Oregano and thyme or just salt and pepper. Stir them half way for even color and ...voila!
