Chocolate Wacky Cake
This is my mom's secret weapon for lunch box desserts...
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/4 TSP Salt
3/4 cup White Sugar
1 TSP Baking Soda
3 TBSP Cocoa
1 TSP Vanilla
6 TBSP Oil
1 TBSP Vinegar
1 Egg (mixed + add water to make it 1 cup)
The method:
Mix dry ingredients in a 9 inch square glass pan. Make 3 wells for vanilla, oil and vinegar. Pour water/egg mixture over the entire thing and mix well.
Bake at 350F for 25-30 minutes. Let cool on a wire rack and ice when cool with your favourite icing.Portion it directly from the pan.
Voila!
