Moroccan Kebab
2 lb of ground meat ( Lamb, Beef, Pork or Chicken )
Spices:
1 TBSP Cumin Seed, crushed
1 TBSP Ginger Powder
1/2 TBSP Cinnamon
1/2 TBSP Coriander Seed, crushed
1/2 TBSP Cayenne
1/2 TBSP All Spice
1/4 TSP Clove
1 TBSP Salt
1/2 TBSP Black Pepper
Red Pepper Sauce:
1 TBSP Coriander Seed, crushed
1 TBSP Caraway Seed, crushed
6 Cloves Garlic, cooked
2 Red Peppers, roasted on the grill
Pinch of Sugar
Add all the spices to the ground meat
Shape into balls, place on skewers and grilled until totaly cooked.
Roast the peppers, cook the garlic, and add all the sauces ingredient together and using a blender until smooth texture.
Serve warm to hot with the sauce.
