A few lamb chops
Rub with garlic cloves
Brush with Tabasco
A pinch of fresh Thyme and/or Rosemary
Lemon Pepper
Salt
Set aside in the fridge for a 1 to 8 hours
Fire up your grill, wait until very hot.
Cook 4-6 minutes each side depending on the chops thickness.
Serve with Couscous or Roasted Potatos
