"To barbecue" means to slow-cook foods at a low temperature for a long time with wood or charcoal.

"To grill" means to cook foods over direct heat and cook it much faster than barbecue with gas, wood or charcoal.



Tequila Lime Marinade


This is a great marinade for your Wednesday night chicken breast. 5 ingredients with lots of taste.

1/2 cup of fresh lime juice
1 /8 of natural soy sauce
1/2 cup of Tequila
1/4 cup brown sugar
Salt and pepper

Cover your chicken breast with half of the mixture overnight. Bring to boil the other half and quickly thicken it up with cornstarch. Use the thick sauce as a finishing sauce. Do not over boil.
