THE ALL DAY COOKING CLASSES

The most popular course is an all day Cooking Extravaganza that is followed up by a dinner party for 6 of your guests. You and Chef Martin will make a menu for your cooking class, then he will pick you up at home on the day of the event, so you both can go shopping together. During the course of your private cooking lesson you will learn how to look at recipe ideas from a professional standpoint, learn how to make a meal plan and do the grocery shopping with a professional chef as your guide. Once back in the comfort of your kitchen, you will cook all afternoon side-by-side with Chef Martin, preparing dinner for your guests. This day is hands-on 101 training with plenty of fun, laughs and knowledge. This is a cooking class where you will learn plating ideas, and finishing tricks for the Hors D'oeuvre, Appetizer, Entree and Dessert. After your guests show up you will both serve dinner together to showcase what you have learned that day and Chef Martin will take care of the cleaning for you.



THE SIMPLE CLASSES:

These classes are not a dinner party, but rather a few dishes that you and Chef Martin put together. These classes last 3 hours, just enough so you can learn a few dishes and reproduce them on your own in the future. In this case, Chef Martin will not spend too much time doing dishes, as the 3 hours together is precious...
