We were thrilled again with your wonderful meal. It is such a treat to watch you create great food in our kitchen.
My mom and Bill's girlfriend arrived Saturday afternoon, none the worse for the long delay. We enjoyed your meal again on Saturday night. I bought a few more steaks and we just carried on.
Could we book right now for Dec 11, next year.

Hi Chef:
Well, we all REALLY enjoyed the evening. The food was fantastic!! They have all phoned me this morning to say how much they enjoyed the dinner and the evening. It was a lot of laughs, but then with that group it usually is. They can get a bit crude at times, but it is all in good fun. My daughter and her friend made crepes this morning and used the marscapone cheese mixture to top them, along with the caramel sauce. Sounds more like dessert to me than breakfast.
Anyhow, thanks again for your time and the wonderful dinner!!!!

Let me first say that, as we have come to expect from you, your event with us the other night was incredible. The buzz about the dinner was long and loud for days after. May I also say that it has been a real pleasure to get to share time with you over the last two events. This last time I really felt selfish getting to spend time with you before the rest of the birthday party arrived home from work. Although this event was my birthday gift to Laura, I seemed to get the most out of our time. Thank you also for forwarding on the "meat sheet". I have it posted on the inside door of our cupboard as you had suggested. I am sure you'll be getting a few more calls from our referrals, as we all had a fantastic time.
The experience you are offering with your business is really helping to rejuvenate the idea of gathering together to enjoy good food and good conversation. The "social dinner party" is growing in popularity again, thanks to you. An idea that seemed to be dying in this new age world we live in, where we all interact online. You are helping us connect on a personal level once again where we need to take the time to slow down and enjoy our time with one another. For that I thank you. It's a great new "old experience".

Happy you have survived to go on and entertain others- now we can say we also become measuring sticks for your future parties and cooking lessons(for example you can now compare REDNECKS to Dave).

Let me first say that, as we have come to expect from you, your event with us the other night was incredible. The buzz about the dinner was long and loud for days after. May I also say that it has been a real pleasure to get to share time with you over the last two events. This last time I really felt selfish getting to spend time with you before the rest of the birthday party arrived home from work. Although this event was my birthday gift to Laura, I seemed to get the most out of our time. Thank you also for forwarding on the "meat sheet". I have it posted on the inside door of our cupboard as you had suggested. I am sure you'll be getting a few more calls from our referrals, as we all had a fantastic time.
The experience you are offering with your business is really helping to rejuvenate the idea of gathering together to enjoy good food and good conversation. The "social dinner party" is growing in popularity again, thanks to you. An idea that seemed to be dying in this new age world we live in, where we all interact online. You are helping us connect on a personal level once again where we need to take the time to slow down and enjoy our time with one another. For that I thank you. It's a great new "old experience".

This is not the first time a stranger has showed up and left friends with our odd little group of friends. I am glad to see we did not scare you to much. It was so special to do this for John since he has never liked his birthday much- it meant a lot to him to have you here with all of our friends. Happy you have survived to go on and entertain others- now we can say we also become measuring sticks for your future parties and cooking lessons(for example you can now compare REDNECKS to Dave).
