Hi Martin First, I want to start off by saying that you did an exceptional job for Carol's 80th birthday. Everyone and I mean everyone, loved the food. You were professional, educational and an amazing cook. The food was tasty and hot and well prepared. I can honestly say that was one of the best catering jobs I've seen and I've been to and hosted many events. Having been in the event management business for over 20 years, you impressed me and I think that's saying a lot.
I know my brothers in law would be more than happy to pass your name along and they already have. The word is spreading through the Okanagan. My mother in law is also spreading the word and she has lived in the Okanagan for over 50 years so she has a few contacts.:)
And if ever you need a referral or testimonial, please do not hesitate to call on me. I would be more than happy to make recommendations to my friends and family who live in the OK. In fact, I posted your website on my facebook.

The tart was delicious. We enjoyed a piece that evening so it was room temperature.
